Join me in the luscious Spanish countryside to start your summer off well and indulge in some ‘you time’

With 400 Hectares open to explore the local farm life. A plethora of orange and olive groves, three lakes and no light, air or noise pollution for miles, Sambana allows you to completely disconnect with the outside and reconnect with yourself and nature. Simply sit and watch the world go by.

Alongside daily yoga practices, you’ll have space to do whatever it is you desire. Hikes, paddle board on the river, lay by the pool and read your book for hours. Dedicated time for you, enjoy some alone time and also make new connections.

Sophie Gordon,

Incredible chef and author of ‘The Whole Vegetable’.Sophie will be keeping us well fed and nourished throughout our stay. Think big, family style, alfresco dining using local produce from the farm and surround areas. Typically vegetarian menus and everything she makes is simply delicious.

Yoga

Always aiming to teach an inclusive class with options for all, the joy of retreats is you can deepen your physical practice so much further with these daily habits but as always there will be options for all. Classes are created to have a bit of fun on the mat whilst challenging yourself in new ways. If you’re completely new to yoga it’s recommended trying out Jess’ classes first either in studio or online, everyone is welcome!

Getting there

Sambana is located just under an hours drive from Gibraltar Airport. Flights from Gatwick to Gibraltar are currently £100 return. We can also link you together with others on the same flight to share a taxi. Alternatively, you may want to hire a car.
